A Day in Allen County

Calling photographers of all ages -- it's the 4th Annual Day in Allen County! Folks young and old are invited to take photos of something great that's happening somewhere in Allen County sometime during the day today. Then, submit your photo(s) to the Library by April 23, 2009: digital photos may be emailed, printed photos or media may be dropped off at any Allen County Public Library location.

There's still time to vote for your favorite pet photo contest pictures! Visit the Children's Services department at the Main Library by 5 p.m. Sunday, February 10th to view all the entries and cast your vote.

Your Reading Pet

Submit a photo of your pet reading his or her favorite book! Contest ends at 6 p.m. February 1, 2008. Contest is open to all ages. Top 10 entries in each age group will be displayed in the Children's Services Department to be voted on by the public. One winning photo from each age group will be put on ACPL bookmarks and photos will be displayed on the ACPL website. See contest rules for more details.
