Custom Collections ready to be picked up.

With one week's notice (at the Main Library) and two weeks' notice (at the Branches) we can prepare Custom Collections just for you. Give us the theme you are working on, the reading level & interest level of your students, and the formats (books, DVDs, magazines, books on CD, etc.) of material you would like and we will have your resources waiting for you to check out.

Alphabet Books

Looking for some good alphabet books to share with your child or classroom? Check out our recently updated Alphabet booklist. Not only do we have a great & varied list of alphabet books, we also have a list of books that will help children learn the alphabet. If you prefer non-print alphabet resources, try this list or check out our list of alphabet websites.

If you don't care to look through a list of books, you can always fill out a custom collection form and librarians will pull alphabet books to meet your needs.

Did you know that with one week's notice librarians in Children's Services at the Main Library can pull together a collection of books on the topic(s) of your choice? It is true! You can even submit a list of specific titles and we will pull all that we have available on our shelves for YOU! Just imagine the time that you can save.

This special service is available all of our customers, including classroom and substitute teachers, as well as homeschooling families and student teachers. Librarians will prepare thematically based collections at your request. These collections are not limited as to the format of the materials; let us know if you need books, DVDs, software, etc.
