Fancy Nancy Tea Party at Grabill Branch Library!


The "posh" place to be this Saturday, December 6th is Grabill Branch Library, where all your fantastic friends will be together having a glamorous time!
In addition to tea, your hostess will provide games, crafts, and stories.

Dress-up are encouraged!

Day of the Dead!

Explore Day of the Dead, the joyous Mexican holiday, at the following locations:
  • Tecumseh Library, Wednesday, October 29th 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. (all ages)
  • New Haven Library, Thursday, October 30th from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. (teens)
  • Pontiac Library, Saturday, November 1st 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (all ages)

We love getting fan letters!

Here's a note and picture we received recently from a family who visits Georgetown Branch frequently:

I wanted to say thank you for the children's summer reading program.

My 3 year old daughter loved the prizes each week. She especially loved getting the books. This week she could not wait to start reading her book!

Here is a photo of her reading it on the floor in the adult section, she
just couldn't be disturbed until she could look at each page.

Emilie loves all of the story times, etc. I truly believe it is in great part to the excellent programs at the library that has made her a lover of all books.
